Safety is the #1 priority
This is where our journey begins. Get to know about myself and learn what I came from and what I want to accomplish. Small town work ethic can take you a long way if you have the discipline to achieve the results you're looking for.

Where I'm From
I am from a small town in northwestern Pennsylvania that was home to about 5,000 people. It was a small tight knit community that supported each other and the businesses in it. In a town like this I gained hobbies such as fitness, fishing, and music in this area. I went to Greenville area junior senior high school where I played football for four years and worked summer landscaping jobs. Then after I graduated, I began working for a paving and excavation company for about two years where I gained a lot of hands-on experience.

Where I'm At
I am currently studying at Indiana university of Pennsylvania, majoring in safety, health, environmental, and applied sciences. I chose IUP to get out of my comfort zone and get away from home. I was looking to build a name of my own and get the best safety degree I was able to get. I am currently an ASSP student member, ASSP western pa chapter member, and an AIHA Pittsburgh section member.

Where I'm Going
I am looking to make an impact for any company anywhere. My goal is to create a great safety culture and a safer workplace for all employees. Along my journey I want to be the best I can so that workplace incidents don't need to be a concern for the company I work for. This will come in a multitude of controls, procedures, and policies.
“Discipline is what you use when you don’t want to do something, when you have to force yourself. You never want to fail because you didn’t work hard enough. Failure stings. But you know what stings even more? Knowing you could have done more and didn’t.”
